Ashtyn Johnson


Since she began her athletic career as a long distance runner/power lifter in high school (the usual combination), Ashtyn Johnson has been an avid athlete. Her experience includes running, cycling, triathlon, rock climbing, yoga, and strength training and she is constantly seeking new challenges that allow her to become a stronger athlete (and to be outside in the sunshine).

Ashtyn’s passion for learning, love for helping others, and deep understanding of movement allow her to create well-rounded training programs that keep her athletes injury free while meeting and exceeding their goals. As an Austin Texas personal trainer, she believes that individualized training plans and using varied training methodologies are the keys to staying healthy and training successfully.

  • The Boston Marathon
  • Coached Rock Climbing Team to Nationals
  • Completed multi-day cycling events; The Texas Forest Tour, Hell Week
  • Hotter’N Hell Century
  • Completed Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman and Triathlon Relays
  • Instructed + Assisted Yoga at The Yoga Project and Dynorock
  • Trained from one-on-one to corporate group settings in bootcamp, interval, or strength style training
  • Competed in Cross Country, Track (3200m + Shot Put), and Power Lifting (3rd in State) in High School
